Pounds Transformation is Hiring a Medical Biller and Coder Near West Hartford, CT
We are a Multi-Specialty office with 3 office locations hiring a full-time Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with experience. This candidate MUST have experience in revenue cycle and working with insurance companies to resolve coding related denials. Must be proficient in researching payer medical policies as well as coding CCI edits.
Candidate will analyze coding related denials, write appeals, and correct coding when applicable to ensure appropriate reimbursements are received. Will also work with our team to resolve denials.
We offer a full benefit package including health insurance, dental, life, and 401(k).
This is not a remote position.
Athena experience is a Plus

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
